Nutritious fresh salad made with steamed and smashed pumpkin. Place the smashed pumpkin over heat and stir after adding water and butter. Add the appropriate amount of salt and flavor for an amazing lingering taste. (Decays over time and becomes spoiled after 24 hours.)
