Description
Switches the state when used. When activated, increases the environment temperature by up to 15°C (will not raise the environment temperature above 30°C) and continuously reduces Hypothermia, provides area light and dispels the Mist of Deceit, while continuously consuming Durability. (Durability is only consumed while the effect is active)
