"Every being casts ripples through the sea of existence." Detects the location of enemies, dangerous creatures, and Meta-Humans within a m radius, lasting for s after activation. This device will mark the aforementioned targets within its set range. While there are theories this device is some kind of hyperdimensional detector, these have not yet been confirmed.
