Description

A unique piece of equipment capable of transforming Stardust energy into other forms of matter. This device samples and transforms the Stardust energy contained in Chaotic Cortexes and Echo Stones, and parses the memory fragments contained within. During this process, the device will emit a resonance call directed at all forms of Stardust energy in the vicinity at a frequency imperceptible by human ears. This will cause all nearby Deviants to flock to the area where the device is located.
