Description
A flock of seabirds has been circling this stretch of sea. I dove down to take a look and saw half a billboard exposed on the seabed, with benches and railings scattered nearby. Deeper down, there are more man-made structures; it should be worth a thorough search. The electronic striplight on the billboard flickers occasionally, as if someone just passed by.
