Ruins Archive: Lockdown Notice

Where to Find

• Obtained from Side Story Task

Description

A "Region Blockade Notice" issued by an agency requires all civilian vessels and aircraft to avoid a specific sea area southwest of the island. The document states the reason as: "Routine ocean operations are in progress." The blockade has no set end date, and logistics records from the same period show regular supplies being delivered to the area. The signature of the issuer has been blotted out with ink, leaving only the agency's seal. (High Risk) Use to view treasure location.
