Description
The Marine Department archive contains a channel revision record that reroutes multiple original routes passing through the southwest waters of the island outward uniformly. The reason field states: "Due to changes in sea conditions, adjust channel direction." A crossed-out note in the remarks is barely legible: "...insufficient safety distance from underwater structures." (High Risk) Use to check treasure location
